Default Building Construction Fasteners?

I bought a few hundred pounds of various fasteners from the scrap yard recently. These were from someone who clearly did building construction, mostly tapping screws, lag screws and nails.

In the lot I found these items and thought someone here would know what they are used for.

The rounded head nuts look like it allows the bolt to swivel to be tightened up at different angles. Kinda brings to mind cable rail ends that allows the cable to tighten at different angles.

The 90 degrees Allen’s look like tools supplied with certain products that are put together by the consumer.
