My Quincy pump has a feature that provides the same affect. It was an option at the time when I ordered it. As I recall it is called an unloder.

Nicely made box, however, I would have mounted it on the wall, to help
keep it away from vibrations.

I hate remote panels, I want the controls mounted directly to the equipment, IMO if vibration is that much of a concern, then fix the cause of the vibration

They have an unloader which is switched on when the oil pressure comes up. I put in a solenoid controlled by a delay relay I set for 10 seconds.
