carol bought me a custom knife for my birthday (and since i do all the cooking) and its awesome, except the handles a little small for me.
I have 3x hands, its hard to find gloves for me.
But a knife that has a handle for me would be like an ax handle for her.
(i like the handles i see here!)
I want to cook those taters so bad but my blood sugar says "NO"!

I find most factory handles are on the small side and I hate handles that have "finger grooves" shaped into them because they never fit my fingers. I've put this knife to use a little bit and so far I really like it. I may have to put a lock on it somehow so nobody here tries to saw a ceramic plate in half with it

Good for you for trying to control your blood sugar. I have a couple type II diabetics in my family and the carb counting diet they got put on would be a major struggle for me.
