Default Wanted: HF compact bender dies

A friend recently gave me one of those floor mounted compact bender from Harbor Freight or Northern tool. I've used it a little yesterday and it seems like it could be useful around the shop. Only problem is that it's missing most of the dies.
Any idea of where I can get just the dies, knowing that I can buy an entirely new kit for 89.00? I do not have a mill or lathe either.

Also, I swear I recently saw a thread that showed the measurements of the hole on the stock block. But I can't find it now, anyone have a link?

The parts I am missing are circled in red, the stop block is the one I wish I had most:

The first thing you will want to purchase is a 3 phase converter. Trust me on this, it will be way cheaper in the long run. I am omitting a crap ton of steps in the middle that I took. These steps took many years and a goodly amount of dollars. Next buy yourself a lathe. 3 phase machines are more common and a bit cheaper than single phase, hence the phase comverter. Now just make your own.
That was my progression in a nut shell. YMMV
