N95 is a rating, not a mask so good thing the crazies don't know that.

If I need a dust mask I'll do the old shop vac trick and rubber band some panty hose over my half-face respirator filters then vacuum them after use. I like the respirators better than poorly fitting dust masks anyway.

BTW given the dangers of hand transmission people should be buying nitrile gloves, but except for vets with NBC training and medical types most people will be bewildered because they can't be arsed to study for an evening.

Down here the idiots started panic buying toilet paper, the supermarket shelves are bare, there was a rumour that it is all made in China, some may be but there is a large amount made here. It does shit me off that because of dodgy eating practices, eating bats for God’s sake, added to probably very questionable hygene practices, the world now has a pandemic looming and people will needlessly die.

I dunno, I'm buying a pack every time I go to the supermarket, I don't think it's worth the risk!!

I can live without a lot of things, but I am keen on keeping my arse clean

Here in Paradise, we are dealing with a particularly severe strain of our yearly "snowbird crud" flu and common cold virus, brought to us each year by our Northern cousins, as they follow the sun and stay too long.

That being said, I long ago laid in a large supply of 3M paper filter masks to supplement my military grade, MK 5 and MK 19 masks and filter canisters.

Just one old farts opinion.

I don’t think you are right. There are multiple generations of people who don’t understand ‘wash your hands’...

I can understand the mask nitrile gloves even the TP. But water? If it gets so bad the water supply is affected. 2 weeks worth of water isn’t gonna do you much good.

Not this time of year, unless you're talking about the spruce.

There is something you should be worrying about. Due to stupidity and greed a lot of our prescription drugs are manufactured by guess who? The Chi-Coms so, there will be shortages of daily maintenance drugs a lot of us older folk are on. So, fill any and all scripts you can NOW
