Default TIG cart project.

I bought a stripped Syncrowave 250 last month of craigslist and spent the next month gathering the parts (cooler, torch, ect) to make it weld. Once I got that done, I had to put her on some wheels. I thought I'd share here since I "borrowed" quite a few ideas from posts here to make it. You'll notice I haven't got a cover for my torch hoses yet, thus the colorful spool on the right side.

Well done sir,

I used to live about 60 miles or so east of you. Reynolds. Right out by the silver dollar raceway.

Scotts- I know that track and town well. It's my "home" drag strip as the only thing close to the house is a non NHRA "outlaw" 1/8 mile track in Phenix City, AL.

nctox- I have a warehouse that is supposed to be for my DirecTV installation business, but slowly my fabrication stuff is taking over pushing the DTV stuff towards one end.

Here is another project from last week. Had this mobile car lift that was taking up space for the past year, so I converted it to an adjustable height welding table with a sheet of 3/8 steel.

Good job on the table. I wish I had made mine more adjustable.

Nctox, take a look at Slag King's table. Pretty simple and cheap, (I like that), to build. It's in the project index somewhere.

By the way Cutter, where is that rascal? Haven't heard from him in a coon's age. Wonder if he's still pillaging?

Dave, I really don't know where Tom's flights of whimsy may have taken him these days.
No reasonable man should dare to predict or fathom the movements of a Seer.

But here is the Slag tables thread.
See the the 3rd post & down for the lift tables.

OK,,, As soon as I have room for another table, that one will be very high on my list.
