Default New Welder

Check out this new welder I bought, it says I can now weld up to 1/2 inch steel.

No, I really didn't buy it. I just saw it in their catalog and though you guys may find it interesting.

That thing came out last year at the SEMA show. There are other battery powered wire feed welders out there for less.

F. Frank . . . . .I'm not an electrical engineer, but common sense would tell me that the 1/2" claim may not be complete "bull$hit".

The ad say's "2 or 3" 12 volt batteries, so you have your voltage there....
(24 or 36 volts, if you connect the batteries correctly)....and plenty of amps.....WHO KNOWS !....IT MAY WORK !
