My Lincoln "Patriot" is about 10 years old and I'm finding I have to stick it under a fluorescent worklight for 20-30 seconds or it tends to let me get flashed upon the first arc. After that it is fine...

I took the lens out and have it on my desk next to a window...not direct sun but seems to be enough. working good now...thanks for the input y'all....
