That's exactly what my opthalmologist told me about cataracts last Thursday. We all get them if we live long enough.
I really do feel for your young friend. Sad damned deal.

Just got the total numbers. The auction had four rifles, two were bid up to $1,000 and donated back to the auction. The pink "hope" edition .22 sold twice for $1,000 and then was handed to the gal the benefit was for.

Total funds raised was $32,000. Pretty astonishing for our little town.

Well it gets better! There were two corporate donations that added up to $4,000 not to mention the $2,400 she was handed in cash during the event.

Up next is the golf tournament and dinner.

Someone bought a cross a ribbon and donated to her. That made my week, and it's been a pretty good week.

So sad. Young gal, here, probably 31-32 years old, is terminal. I havn't heard a time prognosis. She's a sweetheart. Always upbeat. I've only seen her start to break down a couple times. I'm so sad for her too. That shit's everywhere these days.
