![]() Even with the smaller RPC setup, it will give the .045 all it can take.. ![]() I wanted a tough older/somewhat modern spray rig, and looks like this does the trick. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zry...ew?usp=sharing

Nice. I will not have to be afraid of picking up a 3-phase welder if I come across one now.

Guy has a bunch of them, and a few CV-453 models too.. Also 3 Digi-mig feeders $100 for all.. He was having issues getting them to work correctly.. I believe probably more had to do with the 10hp RPC he was testing them with, and not having the wild leg in the correct order.. Thing is, I have a LN-25pro, and a Lincoln LF-72 feeder with a adapter to run on the Esab.. That feeder is 24/42 volts, and is on my Thermal-arc now. Cost of feeders are through the roof now..I have always hung onto the Lincoln feeders because of the Versatility.Had much higher spec Miller, Esab Thermal-arc Feeders, but Lincoln's are so solid over the long haul.

I've seen a number of old Miller CP200/250/300 CV sources go for less than $300 at auction over the years. No one wants to deal with 3ph (myself included) nor can they test it at the auction house (no 3ph). A couple have been erection companies going out of business.
Occasionally there are single/dual feeders on top but they seldom bring more than $100 due to missing/damaged whip and poor condition. Push/pulls have gone a little higher than I liked probably because the gun "looked" like a 30A... ![]() The last Esab I saw was a 250 MIG (1ph) in fair condition that brought about $600.

Having owned about every single phase USA built Esab. The 3 phase units are real bargains in cost to arc quality performance.. Most people don't need 50 year lifespan units at 100 duty cycle 350 amps.(With top quality arc quality..) They only need single phase China made units every few years, at only a grand a pop..

Make sure you check the voltage too, I was eyeing one but it was 480 only.
