Short answer to your question is NO.
Quite a few years back someone came out with something called alumarod
were supposed to be able to solder aluminum and putter with this crap and that it was nothing but crap.... bubble gum would work better

Now I'm no rocket scientist but I have to agree with the rest... the answer would be Nope! no can do....
