J hooks are what I was thinking too. With a chain or sling between them. Probably use some 1/2 round stock to make the J hooks and put an eye in them.

Here picture of the boom I use on my gehl skid loader forks and the hook. The pipe is adjustable and I tie a chain from the top back to the forks for extra support.

Scott had the septic guys haul his tractor out to his property this morning. Now we have a means to lift and place the 10x15 shed walls.
