Looked over the pad and saw a few places where the top of the concrete had totally set before they ran the power trowel, therefore, it is what it is now. They had 3 power trowels there and the first two would not start, so by the time the third one was going it was a bit late to get a nice finish. Nothing too terrible, just not as nice as it should have been. They did use a retarder since it was 100F that day.

That's a big floor to do with one trowel.
They could have used all 3 of them if they had worked.
