That is super nice and way too cheap. The guy probably looked at one on HF. I have the Harbor one for 50 and it works perfect, really has its place given that a battery cost over hundred bucks anymore.
We use it regular, mine has done hundreds of batteries and even some more creative tasks. We used it to load test some welding leads using a battery. Pulled more than the machine its going on, found a couple old connectors.

A load test is good for a charged battery. I've bought scores of deep cycle batteries at the junkyard. Most come from telecommunications and the hospital. The best way to test a battery is internal resistance. If it's internal resistance is low it will most always take a charge and have serviceable life. I've used the meter below with great success. 95% success rate .
