My daughter brought me this weird pressed steel artifact from the General Motors corporation that is begging me to do something artistic with it.

At this point I’m thinking custom grinder pedestal or just scrap it out for the cash.

Ehen you get the new wheels, make sure they fit snugly on the shaft. If they have any wobble use paper strips around the shaft so they fit tight.
