I'm just outside the city limits of Richmond, Capitol of the Confederacy.

VA is a really wide state, so if you are in the southwest part, it's quite a hike. Tell me more.

Chatham-Gretna (just north of Danville). If it Weren't for the route north from your place, I come over that way on the way to PA. I may anyway if I get so
bored hanging around after the reunion and the wife is gone to Europe for a while. :-) I'll see, and PM you from there along about early Jul (after the 4th).

State College , coming up either I 99 or 322 from the south. Depends on where else in VA and MD I find it necessary to stop in.

Hmmmmm. If'n you go the I99 route, you would probably be coming up I70/I68 then head north out of Cumberland. Might have to do a lunch or something on the way through.

State College. That's the part between MD and NY. Or is it the part between NJ and OH?

Yes to both. :-) It's about the same either way, darn near the centre (get that spelling?) of the state. [ Centre County ] :-) No spellcheck when it's capitalized
Pretty smart of it. :-)
...lew... ps got in to Chatham about 1400 today, phew! The humidity is awful. In Abq even low 90's isn't too bad.

Right now it's 90F with 53% humidity. Chilly compared to the last two days.
