think you made a wise decision on replacing the part......

looked at your pics.... looks like a really neat project.... had a 1947 3/4 ton jeep pickup about 35 years ago... someone had done a flathead ford v8 conversion to it...... had belonged to a plumber whose first name was clarence.... and that had been lettered on the doors.... sun had faded all of the letering but the name "Clarence" thus that it was christened by all who saw it... if it still exists I would bet it is still called by that name......

It is not a real problem with me, there is a learning curve or process, I suppose that it could be called.
