Mic one of them. I'd guess they are 000 or even 0000 . The smallest I have used was 0-80 . And that was tedious enough to tap . I tried to measure the size from the picture, a penny is .750 (close enough) but couldn't read the scale when against the screen. I've used 2-56 set screws that wasn't too bad.

I would say measuring one of these with a micrometer would be near impossible without some fixture to place the screw in. I found a convenient way to pick them up is to lightly touch one with a saliva moistened finger tip. (Let's hear it guys) Maneuvering them without a tool is out of question.

I did, after several attempts, manage to grasp one with the jaws of a caliper. O found the diameter to be .028".

I did see a tap today for a #0000 screw, 160 threads per inch. Around $45.

That's a bit like getting screwed for nothing.

I've often wondered what sort of "grinding" machine is used to grind that sort of tooling.
