Default Another Anvil For Jen...

This has been on our local Craigslist for a few days. At that price it may be there for a while longer but it sure is pretty. I just knew that Jen would be interested...

German Anvil

Just in case the link goes dead here's the details...188.5 KGs (415 Lbs.) Dated 1939 and asking price is $2600 CDN. It's only a few miles from me so if somebody wants it I can pick up and ship...

Well this thread went all to hell real fast. Maybe I should have used the phrase "arrange for delivery" instead--there was no way I ever intended to "pick it up" myself.

There seem to be a few of those German pattern anvils around here--I run across them from time to time. The ones I have seen look really good and have a nice resounding ring...

If you weren't so far away I would consider it..

2000.00 USD would be a little steep though.. 1500usd and it would be in Kieth's house with a long road trip planned..

Maybe you should make and offer Jenn, it's been almost a week and half since you bought a new anvil
