Not to dispute blackfrogs guess.. I believe it to be a Sodefers.. Does it taper from the top to the waist.. I can't really tell from the pictures..

The writing looks like the example in Postmans book..

Kohlswa anvils usually are stamped deep with there name.. It would be the weight which would be hard to see..
