Default Norththern tools air tools

Hi there,

Do you have any experience with the Northern tools air tools. They opened a new store here in Tampa and they have good prices. I want to unleash the boy in me and go in a shopping spree (without awaking the mom that is in my wife) but I want to make sure that I am not going to regret it later.
Thank you

I've got a few (die grinder, 3" cutoff tool, mini angle grinder and small air hammer). I've used them a bit and seem to be pretty good.

Default Ingersol-rand?

I bought several IR die grinders and low speed air drills from them, when that was thier house brand. They are still going strong. Most of the rest of my high speed stuff is "disposible" HF stuff, buy 'em for $20.00, run them to death and toss 'em. Repair parts are still availible for my IR and SOUIX stuff, but getting pricey. What I really need to know is, WHEN DOES THE SHOOTING START?

They also have some high end stuff, you just need to look for it. Their service is excellent.

There is some good and some bad, as a rule the stuff htat goes round and round isnt too bad. Their 4 inch angle grinder is good. 7 inch sander is good. Impact tools are not so good, brand name there. One of my faves is the 1/4 pencil grinder from Huskey, very good and about 30$. I think the Farmhand line from TSC is made by the same outfit.
