Unhappy Jack fell!!

I don't have the details but a stepladder broke today and Jack fell about 6'. Three broken ribs and internal bruises. I have just been there and the pain is bad. Also it is slow to heal. We are thinking about you Jack.

Oh damn, ribs.
Sorry, Jack. I don't feel your pain (thank God) but I have felt it.

Damn, that's no good.

Look forward to hearing more about this. Hope it's not too bad Jack, if that's possible where ribs are involved. Ouch...

I'm sorry to hear about it also. It takes ribs 7 weeks to heal. Ask me how I know.

The 12' fiberglas ladder, I was standing on collapsed. The aluminum step actually folded up and I lost my balance. I landed hard on a 2" pipe laying on a concrete floor. Extensive external bruising, rib problem and possible internal bruising. For the time being ice packs and Motrin, it hurts like hell to take a deep breath.

Oh jeeze, Jack.

I'm sorry to hear this. I cracked a rib ice skating a couple years ago and I don't ever want to do that again.

(not that it keeps me from skating )
