That's a lot of extra cost for scissors and lots of extra labor, just so you can wash a roof of a camper that no one is tall enough to look at.

Finished the west end lower OSB on the exterior today. Still have to do the upper gable end. Tin is on site for the roof.

He is a bit worried as we are 6 weeks behind schedule. Had planned on having doors, windows and tin on walls and roof before winter. Now looks like tin on roof and house wrap on walls and windows and doors. Next year tin on walls.

Finished up doing the roof fabric today. Now rain will run off the roof, until we get the roofing tin up. Also finished up half of the west gable end OSB. Next to do the other half, then back to the east end gable wall. Finished up cutting out the last two window openings. Once we have the house wrap done on the walls we can install windows and doors. Winter is coming too fast!!!

20x30 will be an apartment, so the shop will be only 40x30. The house build will start next March. He has hired a contractor for that. The house will be built as a weathered in shell. He will do the interior work.
