I heard there might be a electrical supply shortage so I went ahead and got a Square D Homeline 150 amp panel and mounted it in the laundry room. This will serve strictly the house end of the building with hopefully room to grow if needed.
Attempted to mount the bathroom fan and I lost my hold on it and it fell to the floor. Didn't survive the fall. $90 down the drain.

The blower housing broke in six different places. Otherwise I'd repair and use it.
