What's it worth? Atlas 109 Lathe
This Atlas 109 Lathe is on dEbay and also on CL, where I happened to see it first. It is very close to me... I have a number to call but I don't know if I should gamble $200... Although I have needed a lathe recently, I really want something bigger... LINK

They are a low end lathe and that one is not too spectacular looking. No tooling, missing change gears, missing cross handle, wrong compound handle, etc, etc ,etc. I would pass

Pass.
One time I called a man who had 3 anvils for sale, $400, $300 & $200. He said the first one was a pretty good anvil in decent shape, the $300 one was pretty dinged up but still serviceable and the $200 one was just so you could say you owned an anvil. That's a $200 lathe.

I had one cleaned it up got it working nice actually did some turning with it and sold it to a Craftsman NUT for more than I had invested in it . I replaaced it with a craigslist found Horrible freight 7" lathe that honestly is 10 times the machine that old craftsman was . The worst part to the craftsman other than the 1/2" spindle thaat bent EXTREMELY easy was the fact theres no dials at all on it so you have no idea how much you are actually moving things when you move them
