Have you taken it apart yet? That cylinder is small enough, but could come apart hard enough, that to rebuild it still will take a couple of hours for a shop tesr it down, measured up the seals, clean and polish everything, and put it back together, and my shop charges $90 an hour, so a rebuild can get pricy quick. But, then we warranty our work for a year, so we make sure everything is good, and will make any parts needed to make it better than new.
For what it worth, we buy most of our seals from a company called Hercules Seal Products
