Got one question for you computer literate guys.........

Does this chat thing or MSN try an leave SPYWARE on your box? I use my computer for buying/selling stocks, banking and other stuff and have to clean it out all the dang time. I just went to Firefox browser (free, Mozilla), and it really helps a lot. I ordered the T-bird mail program and Cd's, too. Great browser with no securtiy holes, I think. Easy to use, free to DL, only about 5 mb's.
