Powder coat paint sucks...
Lacks adhesion, too brittle.
Poorest performing paint system in automotive testing.

You know why powder coat paint was developed, VOC reduction.

Just like Black Angus beef, shitty beef, but produces more meat for less
input, so they market this shit out of it, just like powder coat paint.
