The swag kit looks to be a piece of angle iron and a piece of A36 flat bar. These are not ideal materials for a real press brake. You can buy actual press brake dies on ebay and make your own just as easily.
The one in the pic can be used as a single full-length brake or a finger brake for small pans etc limited to length and thickness of the material...
but it is the limitations which make it pricy for what it is... and making your own would be far more cost-effective... and if you are not worried about prestige super accurate bends then you don't even need a lathe or mill to make one.
