Default "How to" Forge a Straight cut Hardie..

this a mild steel with a 5160 face welded onto it..

I used the anvil which is a german style with plenty of mass and support for the hardie hole..

I would not recommend doing this with an old anvil.. I would not recommend doing this with a London pattern though way back in the day I did it regularly..

I'm posting the video here first and it's unlisted..

I'm doing this because I get burnt out editing the videos and it needs another run through..

Sadly, being a bum I'm good at.. So, if you guys find something strange or worth a question or spelling let me know..
