Miller has a new MM255 coming out, and the I know a guy cost is still ~~$3k (Way better than the cost of the 350P, but still reddamndiculous when an Everlast with pulse half that).

IIRC there were aftermarket pulse controllers for other MIG machines.
Maybe arcon/powcon.
