I was trolling about here and found a Canuck twin screw lathe. May be an aberration done up here.
That Barnes lathe looks very similar to mine except for the custom cabinet. Even to the threading chart on the leg. Maybe mine is a Barnes. I will have to look again.

I am very suspicious of the name I used in the first post. The lathe doesn't match the Rockford/RockportRockford info on at all.
Design to 0.001", measure to 1/32", cut with an axe, grind to fit..
