As far as the wiring...each positive cable goes to each individual battery. Battery negative is all tied together. Also a ground lead at the battery...

After work today I went out and messed around...

After work today I went out and messed around with the D8 some more. I cracked the bolts loose for the supply line to the fuel pump and had fuel there.

I decided I've got nothing to loose....

It's been suggested to me to put a electric pump in line between the tank and the mechanical lift pump. The pump has given trouble in the recent past and I remember it being off and gone through....

Costex Tractor Parts.

The head, piston and gaskets are all made by that company. Decent quality.
