With a 7 and a 3 and a 3600 rpm motor you get...

With a 7 and a 3 and a 3600 rpm motor you get 8,400, way too fast. With a 1120 rpm motor you get 2613. Way to slow. A jointer needs to run between 4500 and 5000.

Going through my pulleys left me with this set to get the right RPM. Kinda like make do with what you got. If I do not get the vibration out I may have to redo the pulleys.

The stand is different but the jointer is right. Thanks. I did see that the blade arbor has sealed bearings, so no maintenance. Pulleys on belt off. Snowing now so back at it later.
