Hex Indexing Jig

Thanks to digr, I started making a tool for quick indexing on the mill. It will be holding a 1/2" drill chuck for those odd sized pieces of round stock that I do not have a collet for. Bubba squared...

Thanks. I also gave him a restored Kennedy carry tool box filled with tools to use when needed out prospecting. He is quite good at cleaning tools and putting them away when they are mine.

Thanks for the compliments. Only took 30 minutes with the torch and 30 minutes with the flap sander and 1 hour on the mill.

Had this chunk of railroad rail for a couple years and the son wanted me to find him an anvil so showed him this. He liked it. So machined the top mostly flat and shaped the horn a little and drilled...

Pricing is always weird at HF. Still better than most places even when they do not have the lowest advertised price. That same kit was $34 for the sons trailer I built him year before last.:(
