That is about a $100-$200 press at auction. Tapmatic maybe $100ish. Depends on how much money is in the room. I would be concerned it has water/moisture in the Tapper as evidenced by the surface rust...

The part that went bad with my Victors was part #9 that has a little sealing ring that mates with the inside of part #7. Diaphragm was fine... Kits are about $17 on debay.
