The youngest offspring was given a nice slab of wood for a table top so naturally he needed a table to put it on. So here it is. All 1" square tube, and 1/8" sheet steel for the block "O's".

I've never used fluxcore with mine, nor done sheetmetal. The smallest I've welded is 3/8" square bar. It does a heckuva job on 3/8 and 1/2" stock.

Here is a head set that Dad made from an old chisel or punch. He used it in his orthopedic shop until it was so small that he couldn't hold it any longer. Apparently it was his favorite. :D
