Bushing or "wallered out hole" not so much.

Put a hardened bushing (look a drill bushing for cheap source)
in hole, use softer (but tough) pin.

for final size/location.

I'm just saying for others, they can copy your design, add a large plate (1/2" thick 3' sq with ribs) and maybe pile cement blocks on it.
