I seen a few home made ones and people have bent...

I seen a few home made ones and people have bent the handles, I'm thinking the handles will need to be hardened some what or they will bend.

Get your self an AMP clamp meter
BE sure its one that can measure "DC amps with the clamp jaws" and I "guess" a range...

there was two labels. I'm talking about a label that the "Manufacturer" states what wire size to use. I don't see a wire size listed in the label you posted.

same as you powered up the starter contactor (coil) with two wires from 24 volts now trace...
