Plow cylinder

Angle cylinder on my 50+ year old plow was rusted so bad the end ripped out. So instead of buying a new one like a normal person would do I fixed it.

Good idea with the 3/4" hole at the end of the 3" slot and leave the rounded corners if you can or square them with a square file if you can't.
or a larger cut off wheel would help.
