the issue with internet is, how to show him how to sharpen a tool-bit that is sharp enough to take off .001 and leave a good finish in mild-steel.

IIRC: some carbs have that sediment bowl and some do not.

yes pretty much the same, but acetylene is a bit tricky because it is a dirty gas (adjusting for that just right flame).
don't get the small smallest set the size of the acetylene bottle is critical...
