I have this exact tool. It will drill a 3/4" hole thru a 8" thick concrete wall in probably less than two minutes. Maybe your brick is harder but still a good tool.

The inlaws run a sawmill with a 671. I think a 52" saw also. Runs it no problem even with a topsaw. Well, there is one little problem, everyone who has spent time there is deaf.
