it's hard to tell scale from the pics, but it looks one hell of a piece of engineering for 350lbs.

I wonder is it a hoist as opposed to a winch? ie much higher safety factor.

I've often wondered about repurposing them and thinking the linkage mechanism could be a bit tricky to get right, but it's good that your one has adjustable links, are they always made like that?

It is it a kinda pre-runner style front end to absorb the big shocks coming down from a wheelie :)

I'm hoping the weight of the loader will help limit the bounce, if I had downpressure on the loader it'd be a good help.
