Airco Miget troubleshooting

Over the weekend I picked up a military surplus Miget spool gun set. While it is used, it has seen very little use. Seems the contactor for the feed motor does not work when the trigger is pulled....

I know I'm late to the party, I got an FSI D100 hydraulic rivet tool and it sets rivnuts too. Ive been very happy with the kit. Just another option.

Wellthe designation isn't the end all be all. My m725(another fsj) has a dana 60 front, but the axle shaft necks down, so its only as strong as a modern dana 44.

So in the quest to make the ram slide side to side, I've milled the base down. Not much, just about 1/4 inch. The one face was rounded and I wanted it flat, this also made the whole ram fit perfectly...
