Still not perfect, but a lot better. Reinforcement on root and cap both less than 1/8", so should be within spec. Seems a bit rough coming off and running onto the tacks. I need to feather them...

I am actually more concerned with the root than the cap. With the settings and root factors, I had trouble controlling the keyhole. That would need a narrower gap, or less amps, not more.
