What are these?

Since I have come up with a lathe, metal has been showing up I might be able to do something with.

These showed up and I don't know what they are. any thoughts from the group?

It is a vent that looks like a push to connect fittings for plastic tube. When it leaks the piston seal is an issue.

Is it just a 2 pole switch screwed into the tank? Check the amp rating on switch when you half the volts you double the amps.

If the rating checks out it should not be an issue.

That republic looks very much like my China lathe. Other than a spindle hole 2 times bigger than mine it is close weight wise.

I built a 7.5 RPC it really needs a 10 hp for higher spindle ranges....
