Tried a cobalt , left handed bit and a screw...

Tried a cobalt , left handed bit and a screw extractor. Ended up blowing it out with the plasma. Ran a drill through it and retapped

That was it. Other side is same way. Damn set screw broke off and it’s inside the tube. How do you drill out a hardened set screw? My hss drills are barely touching it
