Look closely at outlet boxes near the problem areas. I've seen feed through outlets with the push in wires in the rear of the outlet do strange things.

Snap on socket score

I picked up this lazy Susan with 95% Snapon sockets from 2 1/2 inch down. The other 5% are MAC and Craftsman.
The bottom level is 3/4 drive, then 1/2 and then 3/8.
$100 took it all.

Oil is changed every 5,000. I've used Mobil 1 mainly. I'm adding a half quart of oil every 2 weeks. Subaru,lost the lawsuit but in reality fixed very few engines.
