I have run one and I think that it would be perfect for small repairs around the yard and as a portable generator. 30 percent means you can run it 3 minutes of continuous welding at 130 amps and rest...

If it is the same company that made my Budget hoists it is well made. My one ton hoist lifted four ton but I had to take a run at it, it wouldn't pick it if I stopped and tried to lift it again.

I would try multiple passes on the center...

I would try multiple passes on the center bottom, can't hurt and it might straighten it. Just remember it will get worse before it gets better
