Legal Smeashal, who gives a shit. No forming, just a 3" PVC pipe and PVC top grate. Did one that way for my brother 30 years ago and it is still working fine.



This has holes all around up 3/4...

Here 3" used to be the standard. Just a few years back they all switched to 4". I expect they have changed the slope when they switched to 4". It is 1/8" per foot now.

I would expect it is designed OK. I would just add your slide stuff and go with it as is. Like Gerry says weakest part is centered so sliding the center puts the load in a stronger position.

Generator puts out 220V. So next to fix the wiring on the compressor motor he attempted to get it run on 110V. Rewired the cord to run from the generator. He had ground and 110 wires reversed.

The motor is 110/220, so it can be changed. Amps on the motor are 22 on 110V and 11 on 220V.

A friend has an air compressor with a 220V electric motor and he wants to convert the motor to 110v. That I can do. It has a 230v pressure regulator. Can the pressure regulator be run on 110V?

I used the wrong term. They are not adjustable. The adjustment for the rollers is by adjusting the rails. I make mine with a total 1/4" side play. I expect it still the springs unless something else...
